This hotel is run down unfortunately and needs to be renovated badly. I use the gym regularly and all the equipment are old, rusty and some are even dilapidated. The environs also needs a desperate makeover.

It was an unimpressive experience. They have a lot of improvements to make in terms of customer service and satisfaction. It appears to be poorly managed due to constant power interruption, erratic water supply, and lazy staff.

I am disappointed to say that the hotel I was admired has been left to waste under poor management and lack of innovation. Under the right management, Agura Hotel could be one to rival even Transcorp Hilton; with its rustic look and feel, it could have been some place to look forward to. Unfortunately, the service is laden with lazy staff, some of which are unwelcoming. The aesthetics of the place is sorely lacking and there's nothing much to look forward to, except for decrepit bar by a badly maintained pool.

Still classic looking even though an old generation hotel with expansive grounds for all sorts of events and meetings. Swimming pool, tennis court, affordable rooms, club, restaurant and more.

Quite a nice place. Very big hotel with a bar swimming pool, Tennis court and ample parking area. The rooms are a good size at the price they come. Staff are polite and courteous.

A very big hotel in the city of Abuja not very far the International Conference Center. I checked in December 2013. Nice convenience, I really love the small floor tiles in the convenience and bathroom area of the suite, and spacious premises. The swimming is located at the rear with a bar. It has cafe, gift shop, suya joint, and restaurant. The is bed is wide and orthopedic kind of, it has a wardrobe, fridge and reading table with lamp. It is also close to the military base. I noticed the power switch overs. It was really good for family and friends. The only thing I dislike it about is poor maintenance culture though it is an old hotel from my research about it. Besides room reservation was fairly okay as at then.

Never been inside the hotel because I only use the gym, but it's the only serious gym I found in Abuja. If you want to do a nice 20 minutes on a treadmill, look elsewhere, because this is a weights gym with all the personalities that go with it. Bodybuilders, powerlifters and those aspiring to be either, this is the place to be.

Needs upgrade of facilities, didn't even get a single water heater in all the 4 rooms we booked while there. And one of the receptionist almost fought one of us on checking outtoo bad.

I enjoyed my stay, it was a fantastic experience. Everything was up to standard; I had no issues with any of their facilities. The room was clean, everything worked well and there was nothing I required that I did not find in the room. I had no headache locating the hotel, it was very straight forward. I was very impressed.
