This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Abuja. Very rude receptionists and workers. They have no respect for your time. It takes a minimum of 2 hours to make a meal and it takes another 30 mins for the meal to get to your room. My bathroom was horrible and it constantly got flooded even when I’m not in the room. The laundry guys are as inefficient as the other workers. The sheets and duvets are usually dirty and the floor always sandy. There was no WiFi reception in my room. In short, I’d never return to this hotel. It’s not recommended for anybody that loves his/her sanity!

Was invited to a wedding reception at their hall. Very decent & well organized hall. Hall is built on three different floors. Ground floor for services like drinks & food. First & second floor for invited guests. There are monitors for viewing events life.

VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE security guard are insulting, receptionist are rude and not helpful.formating your room access card on a daily basis when they know how long you are there for without telling you You go up to your room and come back down again. Imagine only one lift was partially working. That one takes forever when called from the 4th floor. The west was a 90 and 80 year old guest had to use the stair case from the 3rd floor with no assistance from the management. Another terrible thing is that it took 3 hours to take and deliver our food order..coming like 30 minutes apart.. And then it took another hour to settle our bill as they fraudulently added much more to our bill. Thinking we would not scrutinise it. VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE..WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE UNTIL THEY MAKE AMENDS.

This hotel is one of the best in the Fct in terms of affordability. There swimming 🏊 pool is very good and they usually have guards 💂 around the pool area in case of emergency. Football clubs in the NPFL in the country usually use this hotel and I enjoyed my stay the last time.

Very basic, no food choice for intertionals, could not cater to my dietary needs. Went there for a conference so cannot comment on rooms or room service.

The hotel has a nice environment, their rooms were okay and well equipped enough. There is a swimming pool, there is also a conference room to hold business meetings.

Clean rooms and bathrooms well kept. The walls are all tiled, which makes for easy maintenance. Breakfast is simple but very well made. Staff are courteous.
