1st Forty Hotel is home away from home .. well planted in the heart of town .. if you don't have a car in Abuja, never to worry this point has access to anywhere in Abuja..The staffs are so in touch with Guess..Strong WiFi and Bar/Kicten
Am so going back to this hotel the next ten am in Abuja ..
Winks
Mosquito infested rooms. They need to fumigate.
Food is okay, breakfast for two which is commendable and their staff are very polite and courteous.
best goat meat platter in Abuja Lovely karaoke ambience on Saturdays from 8pm..
It's easily accessible with a nice open bar
Good upgrade and new management. First Forty Hotels is now a place worth staying.
It used to be an old cute place but now at least its a three star hotel.
Great new and improved bar "Che" with different drinks served chilled to perfection, your favorite selection of beers, chapman and spirits, with the options of staying indoors with airconditioning our outdoors under the trees.
Abuja can be so so hot, so its definitely a good place to chill.
The upgraded indoor restaurant have hosted numerous hotel guests with their free daily breakfast.
The air conditioning keeps up with the body count and that is a serious plus.
The lobby is cool at all times, beautiful dedicated staff.
24 hours power supply, great laundry service, free WiFi is also a big plus.
To be honest the ongoing upgrades of First Forty Hotel has created one of the few worthy oasis in Abuja, a place to chill for a few hours or live in for days.
And the bill aint that much.
It was quite lovely. There is free wifi so bonus
I loved the standby generator throughout my visit. Slow WiFi though.
Excellent, neat place, staff are nice, good food. The garden bar is very good for evening relaxation.
They don't wash their toilet with disinfectant and I think d toilet has a leakage bcs urine keeps smelling in the toilet even after washing it. At least the room I stayed in, I don't know about other room. Aside that, other services are GOOD. I'll recommend Hypo, Dettol for washing
Very nice place in the centre of the city, very courteous staff. The hotel was recently renovated, so the rooms are relatively new, neat, and spacious. There is also the weekend rates you can't beat: N13,000 for every available rooms on weekends.
I will definitely lodge here again.
Needs renovation. It is located beside a lot of restaurants and clubs. Great location
Very cosy place with a great sit out area with massive view.
Good accessibility, right in the centre of Abuja, close to big shopping areas, all within walking distance. But needs upgrading.
Well, the only good thing about this hotel is the fact that it's at the heart of Abuja, otherwise, it's really not up to standard and needs to be upgraded and more maintained.
Eccentric hotel. Kind of old with one executive room and standard rooms. Has a bar and restaurant section with moderate parking lot. Easily accessible
Excellent accomodation, very warm staff and quite affordable too.
Nice location.. neat environment. Affordable but not enough parking space..
Good place to catch some rest.
Rooms are ok for the price
Management team needs to be re-oriented or changed
