This place is a state of the art hotel its so amazing, beautiful and serene. It has over 120 hands on staffs to attend to guests, they are effective and efficient, well trained. Their Spa is one of a kind. The restaurant offers different great continental dishes for your delight. Free wifi, 24/7 standby generator, dry cleaning & Laundry services are available. Exquisite conference halls for all kind of events. You are just going to love it.

I was at Grand Pela for a conference and the experience was mind blowing. The rooms were tastefully furnished with state of the art facilities and the gym is well equipped and the service I enjoyed the most was the pool as the hotel has pool for my kids and that of adult. I also did my laundry and my cloths came back to me like I just bought them. They were well treated and packaged in a manner that I could even sell them again if I wanted to.I hope the management team of the hotel can keep the standard

Loved it here especially the bathroom. I would easily recommend this hotel. Breakfast was great. Mirrors everywhere if you are a bit vain. Never got to see the pool

Am short of words very classy loved my stay wow Chapman wow bath tub wow very neat didn't use the pool 😫 saw it from top view beautiful , I would stay over n over again Gorgeous.

The place is great I do like it anyone else should. Its not that big compared to other hotels but it's still great. Have never checked in before though but I believe their rooms should be of a decent standard having in mind the looks of the surroundings it's self. Their gym room is decent too but there is no size to it, for a gym room. They have two sizable pools of 12 feet max depth in think. Wouldn't know about their spa lounge and restaurant.

The place is awesome with good customer service. The second time I visited the lady at the reception desk remembered me. When my vehicle had some issues, they had the maintenance department fix it for me.
The suites are lovely, with ACs, good furniture, nice looking bathrooms and toilet. Oh and I was excited to see a hair dryer!response / report this review -

This is a great hotel. It is situated in a very quiet and serene section of the city. Very neat rooms with well mannered staffs and attendants. Restaurant is good with quality options. Its a very good hotel.

I just requested that one of the waiters assist get me a shaving stick either from the hotel mini shop or from a shop nearby. Interestingly, I was given a customised one FOC. I have had course to lodge in several hotels, this is the first time I would be offered such a complimentary. For that alone, 5 star rating.

Grand pela is a new Hotel . Beautiful facility, i love the gym and the pool!! The Hotel has a relaxing ambiance, beautiful decor and an overall relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is a new one and has very neat environment. The pool is neat, has children section. The rooms are very neat and affordable too and has gym, spa, lounge with good reception. Their food is very tasty too

I was there on their opening and the place really stood outtheir food tastes really good. They were overwhelmed with a lot of guests hence they tried to keep up with maximum service They have a lounge by the sidewell decorated and the Dj was on point
