Very beautiful, fun easy hike to get a mountain view of the beautiful area
Wow experience. If you have the time I would recommend you camp here rather.
A unique scenery on top of the plateau with a beautiful melody from chanting birds.
Plan in advance to make sure you have plenty of time to get up and on a walk. There is some great game viewing if you plan to join a safari. Views are spectacular especially with the sun setting, great colours across the sky and plateau. Unsealed roads mean driving in a larger car is much more comfortable and recommended
A better version of government owned "hotels" located in the park. Great place to unwind for a few days around nature.
Impressive mountain with beautiful nature. However you should be prepared for long drives on bumpy roads.
I stayed there for 2 years Ann's place just gr8 one alwais experiences a new thing every day
Abundant wildlife. Good for game viewing
Hiking to the top was nice. It takes about an hour and half return.
Superb views from the plateau. Disappointing restaurant in the camp. Poor food and chaotic.
This was a very nice place to end our holiday,
Mind that you cannot enter the park with your own vehicle so you have to book a gamedrive.
Was totally worth the money. Guide/driver had extensive knowledge of nature. We came across three white rhino's, few sable antilopes, giraffes , buffalo's and 'the usual stuff' like Springbok and Oryx.
Hiking trail up to the plateau is nice and rewarding. The other trails are kind of 'walking for the sake of walking'.
Campsite was a bit of a mess, but who cares if it's so quiet and peaceful.
Campstore had not much in stock at the time we were there. So be sure to bring your own supplies.
Mind the baboons. They try to steel your food. Bring a slingshot to keep them away.
You don't even have to shoot. Simply showing it will make them back off.
You want peace of mind and tranquillity, that's the place to be with family. Enjoy nature at its best.
Great Accommodation, awesome food, spectacular scenery
What a beautiful green place! After traveling around the dry deserty Namibia this place a good change of scenery. There are a couple of short hike trails, game and sunset drives (didn’t not do the later two so can't say much). I only spent a day trip whilst staying at the nearest town but would recommend staying the night at the park instead.
We were a little bit too late for the afternoon game drive, but they managed to find us a driver nonetheless, really cool! We did the afternoon/early evening game drive, and saw seven white rhinos, giraffes, buffalos. Recommended.
Very good for walking Lots of trails to explore
