Badest price/quality condition I've seen in namibia for 2,5 weeks.
Instead of a tv or a airconditioner they should clean the room (bed, floor, bath / with other hairs) or repair stuff (fridge, socket, complete /repair lamps and shower, toilet). We can't use tv (we were lucky, because we didn't came to namibia to watch tv) because we need the only functional socket for our electricity stuff.
We also wrote a letter with this feedback for the hotel, so I hope this could be better for the next ones Now I know why they were the only one who didn't aks us "is everything ok?"response / report this review -

I will never book into this place again nor will I recommend any of my friends and family. In order to use the kitchen you need to pay 50 dollars. What is sad is that the kitchen was very dirty ( the surface, stove, cupboards, microwave etc. I couldn't stand it thats why I didn't even consider paying for its usage. I expect the Kitchen to be clean if guests are to be charged for using it ( although this is strange especially when one books for a family room)
We booked into a family room and I needed the kitchen to wash my babies bottles but I had to drive to my friends place to wash them and use a clean microwave.
The room was okay ( there is wifi and dstv although its not really clean and cupboards need maintenance and also one curtain rails fell off.
We requested for the main key to our room and they could not give us the key because there was no extra key??????
Overall, they need to improve their hygiene. Facility is substandard. Prices a bit high.
We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying there for one night only.response / report this review -

Not that neat. Could be cleaner. Service was not the best but they do try. The directions are not accurate at all. Worth 2 stars!
