  Good place although it needs a bit of uplift. For relaxing after a driver from etosha or chobe . That's the place any one needs for that quiteness and the feel of being part of nature. This is any awesome place. Friendly team always their to help.

  You need some luck to get a warm shower, no electricity after 11 pm and the food was right out of the fridge.

  Its a quiet and magic place, located at the Okavango river. Breathtaking sunsets.
  Bungalows in African style, also a camping site covered from exotic trees.
  Restaurant serves delicious Namibian food.
  The manager Peter and his team are very friendly and helpful.
  Electricity from the generator is not running 24 hours - but if you need electricity at night for medical reasons, no problem, Peter has a solution.
  Nkwazi Lodge - I will come again.

  Started okay, with a boat trip. The food was average. But then the most important part getting a good night of rest. This was impossible because of loud music from 1 am untill sunset. The guard mentioned that this was a regular occuring annoyance. If that is so I strongly discourage staying here, unless you are completely deaf or not looking for a good nights rest.

  Peace and quiet. A large variety of bird species for bird watching. The naturalness of the community allows one to see how the Kavango people live/ lived. Extra ordinary sunsets that look even better on sunset cruise. Very social staff.

  They have good prices for the chalets which are rustic and kind of dark, but very spacious and confortable. The lodge is by the river with a beautiful view to Angola. The visit to the Kavango village is a must!
