  As a lodge, Divindu was very difficult to find the place owing to poor signage. We experienced poor service at the lodge's restaurant: insufficient staff who are very slow. They also don't take meal orders correctly. Only one staff member tried her best to satisfy customers but this was like a drop in the ocean. Management's attitude to customers (courtesy and respect) is appalling. With this attitude, Divundu will struggle to attract and retain customers in a village that has other lodges with much higher standards and better service.
