  BANK WITH US BUT DONT LOAN FROM US!
  I joined this bank in 2020, a few months back I applied for a small loan, I had to enquire on the progress, they would get back to me as usual no one called me to inform me about anything, only to find out 2 weeks after applying, the banker forgot to put my documents through so the loan can be processed. I had to wait a MONTH to find out it was declined, without reason.
  
  I applied for a Techloan, got all the necessary documents even extra docs, filled in the form, came to this branch. The banker cannot accept a Driver's licence as an ID cause apparently it's not an ID. As she typed my details into the system and accessed my account and didn't want to assist me (just wanted to get me out the door).
  Came a few minutes later with my ID and another banker assisted me quite well and with the competence you would expect from any banker. 5-7 days it would take to process this loan, on day 6 now. Was called Monday/Tuesday for clarifications. I'm trying to call and no one is answering.
  The plan is to get bank statements apply somewhere else. How do you bank somewhere and can't get approval for a loan?

  Love love love! Best bank I have dealt with in a long time. Some of the best customer service I ever had.
