The park was renamed in 2012 to Nkasa Rupara Np.
Free camping in no more allowed in the park.
There is a Restcamp (Rupara) and a private lodge (Nkasa Lupala) just outside the park.
In the park there is also a lodge (Jackalberry camp).

I had an outstanding and memorable experience camping out in the wild in Mamili National Park. Elephants and hippos were frequently spotted, so it's not for the inexperienced or faint of heart traveler. You'll want a 4x4 to drive through this park.

There is a community campsite and a private lodge just outside the park.
In the park there is a Self-catering camp in a privarte concession.
