  It is a very beautiful place. Brace yourself with poor customer service at the reception. More so, at the restaurant.

  Das Resort ist sehr gepflegt und toll. Das Restaurant ist leider unterirdisch schlecht. Mehr als die Hälfte der angebotenen Gerichte waren am Freitag Abend ( also vor dem Wochenende ) aus, das Servicepersonal von 4 Frauen stand lieber herum, als sich um ihre 4 Gäste zu kümmern. Die Bestellung von einer Flasche Wein und einem Wasser dauerte tatsächlich 15 Minuten. Mit dieser Einstellung zur Arbeit wird das hier nichts werden Sehr schade.

  新的公共設施很棒！不過沒有保養公共設施非常糟糕！女士洗手間沒有冷水，男士洗手間只有冷水淋浴非常糟糕的體驗！桑拿房的門跟蒸汽房門是壞的！服務人員態度很友善！

  Hot spring pool is great, friendly staff.
  Basic food in restaurant, not everything is available.
  Very big establishment, camping is not finished.
