  M&Z motors did not check for roadworthy as asked, and they admit that, but now refuse to take responsibility for the huge delays as I happily took my car in for roadworthy but failed.
  They blame me for rushing the process when time is dictated by the selling process and tell me I knew it would fail.
  So, don't bother to use M&Z, believing they give quality service - they can't even pass on your requests properly and then brush off your complaints and blame you.
  This cost us 2 months delays in total and the 2 new owners flew from SA to drive the car back but have had to leave one by one as the delays mounted costing extra.
  To add insult to the whole problem, the final part was only quoted to us on the day they put it in.
  M&Z, customers are entitled to agree to price and to trust you will do the job and well. Fix your systems so that you can treat us ethically and take responsibility for your slack work, you are not worth the price and because of you I will not buy a Fiat again.
