Although they have recently upgraded their service department, the service which they deliver is severely lacking.
A lack of internal communication and a constant passing of the buck when issues arise turns the initial good experience into a terrible one.
I will not buy another Ford solely because of their service department.
It's a pity there are no other dealerships in town, I do enjoy their cars.response / report this review -

With the new management the service with way way better than before. It's excellent, people are friendly, you don't wait long when taking in your car for service and they drop you off.
