If Colonel Sanders were alive today, he'd be horrified to find a place like this under his name -- the staff are some of the rudest individuals I've ever met in a long 23 years of fast food experience. Here are just some of the gems out of here:
1. We asked to switch rice out for cole slaw. We were told this wasn't possible, and that we would need to order in addition. Um, excuse me?
2. We asked for the wifi password, and the woman snatched one of our phones in order to enter it in, refusing to provide it to the group.
3. One of the sandwiches we ordered ended up being raw, and we asked to change it out. Turns out chicken is "best served medium rare" and we were forced to buy another one. Cut it open, and it's pink.
This place barely qualifies as a service establishment, and if I could rate it 0 out of 5 I would. Highly, highly recommend not coming here -- would have been happier eating out of a trash can. Learn to serve your customers, or be prepared to lose them.response / report this review -

We waited long for our order and chicken were out of stock. The food was fresh and tasty. Bathrooms were neat, as well and eating area. Ample parking, including a drive through for convenience. KFC you deserve a better rating but service is of utmost importance.

Very slow service
Waited 15 minutes for order because no chicken pieces were ready. Then they forgot to bring the Fanta Grape. Fast asleep. For the long wait we got a small portion of chips at least.response / report this review -

I’m not a guy that normally complains. But this place is throwing KFC’s name away. ZERO service. I hope my review will reach the owner and help to improve.

Walked in 13:10 pm. Took till 13:45 to get 4x chicken wings because nothing is ready to go even in the busy lunch break period. Also staff shouting back and forth and shouting to customers across the restaurant to collect their meals that were not ready when ordering so instead of taking it to them they are shouted at to come collect. This is all whilst 50% of the menu is out of stock

Kfc have relocated to a beautiful new drive through new updated kitchen and service area.
Same staff so there's no improvement.
Don't go in with any expectations. Know that you are going to have long waiting times.
This is not a fast food service.

STAY AWAY! More than half the menu not available. Stuck in drive thru for half an hour before finding out at order window that nothing but chicken pieces available. Manager and cashier both had a terrible attitude.
