Best chicken but had a bad experience with their chicken, especially in the morning hours. I bought 10 pieces of chicken which was not fresh plus mini loafs were two days old and had a smell. I could not return it cause I bought and travel the same time and only discover this about 3 hours in my journey when I stopped under a tree to eat, I dumped it in the bin even though I wasted N$230 of my hard earned cash

Customer services to the maximum. I have a doubt about the chicken itself, it sometimes do not taste like fresh or the cooking oil that is used is not as fresh as it should be. But for everything else, I will give all stars needed.

However, shortage in parking space when busy and drive through is slow.

Drive through was closed, they did not have proper change, stood in the queue for 10 mi minutes to place an order. All of the above together equals "not a fast food place" Food was good though.

Every time we went to KFC in Walvis Bay, they either don't have zinger wings or buns or lettuce. I'm not sure why they never have lettuce as a shop is quite close to quickly go and buy some for the twisters.

Sometimes they amaze you and sometimes they disappoint you, their service in general is not bad, their food is good most of the time. The really frustrating thing is that they don't always have stock available of their own products, but that can be due to a lacking infrastructure, or just bad planning.
However you can opt to order something else, depending.
We will still support them, but it's not always a pleasure going here.

Friendly service at the start of the drive threw, only to be told at pick up, the waiting period for dunked wings is 10 minutes alas I had to wait 15 minutes leaving my KFC drive threw experience somewhat unpleasant. The chips had no spice but overall the food wasn't bad.

Service is good but they regularly have no card facilities. Or they do not have stock of most of the stuff on the menu. Burgers are dry aswell. So before you order memorise an alternative beforehand if they dont have what youre looking for. It helps.

They did not have Speedpoints rolls to do a transaction and send customers out to go withdraw money and come back. No vinegar in store, but the saleslady tried to be as professional as possible.

A person calls them to ask if they have krushers and they say they do but when you get there then they say no they don't have krushers only cream balls. Waste of time and money

Almost never have ice cream Available for the soft serve machine. Bad for business. The meals are your average take out meals. Nothing stands out on their menu. Expect the ice cream. Which is never in stock. As a Desert beach town, this is bad for business in Walvis Bay
