Really fast and friendly service at Intercape Office in Windhoek. However, your agent here in Oshifo, Ruacana is not very helpful. I sent to another office because the printer wasn't working 😒 🙃

Some drivers are just lovely people take Cedile what a awesome person.. Then on some trips not so friendly drivers.. You have to feel welcome.... It's your house for the next few hrs I mean...

The check-in queues are always long and there seems to be no order every single time I go for check-in. Intercape needs to improve honestly. On a lighter note, the drivers are kind and helpful.

Efficient service. Bought ticket at Checkers Merua Mall. Check in was smooth but the check in office is small and crowded. Bus experience superb including timeliness and professionalism

2 stars for the staff:
The Windhoek office staff are helpful and the Upington office staff are very friendly and that was the last of it.
No stars for the company!! The bus broke down. I have to pay luggage fees with every leg in RSA and the cost are different although the luggage is the same weight throughout my trip. I could have spend my time and money wisely, if I knew the hidden cost.

No place for a passenger to have their baggage for the day whilst waiting for the bus departure time. Staff member who willingly assisted by allowing me to leave my baggage in his eyesight allowing to freely roam the city for the hours wait. Thank you Inter Cape.
