Such warm and hospitable people! Lovely and spacious rooms. Also no need to carry an international plug adapter if you are coming from South Africa, as they make use of South Africa plug sockets.

The breakfast and lunch is also very good, with a large variety on offer.

The hotel also has great conference facilities

We only stayed on night, but we had a very good experience. The room was spacious, stylish and comfortable. The only downside is that there is no door to the bathroom, which can make things awkward if you are traveling with a friend or your kid. The breakfast buffet was delicious and with a wide variety. This would be a good place to end your stay if you've been on a long, hot safari trip.

I believe more than anything else that it was the staff that made our one night stay an enjoyable one. The meals were adequate and though stating there was 24hr room service, when attempting to order something to the room after midnight, we were courteously informed that this was not quite the case. However every effort was made to accomodate our wishes and the staff from any dept we engaged, were incredibly friendly and polite.

The view of the city at Sky Bar is second to none and that's one of my favorite things about the Hilton. However, the service and the food could be better.

In the centre of the city. Excellent staff and service. Spacious and beautiful interior and architecture. First class feelings. Swimming pool and bar on the balcony is the best. Beautiful city view by the way.

As expected from a Hilton. Smack in the city center. Attentive staff. Spacious parking. Nice rooms. Decent restaurant on site.
Cannot complain - especially as we booked direct at a special rate.

Great business class room and lobby. Room service made me a special sandwich when they didn't have any vegetarian options after 10pm. Windhoek seemed a bit bleak so it was a relief to even walk into an air conditioned Hilton when we arrived. No complaints.

Rooms were lovely and a good standard, a welcome relief after long travels. Stayed here before and after tour of Namibia. Slightly let down by staff as were ignored for a long time over lunch and was suprised that a Hilton could completely run out of Diet Coke.

Good modern hotel. Easy to find driving from the airport. Parking is in a secure basement car park, $60 for overnight for hotel guests.

Diamond members get treated well. Free room upgrade, and also access to executive lounge. A limited hot food dinner and lots of cakes and snacks in the lounge. Free buffet breakfast too for Diamond members.

Buffet breakfast was OK, nothing special, typical 4 star hotel standard.

Rooms were as expected 4 star standard. Beds super comfy. Air-conditioning worked well. Wifi was strong and worked well. Shower was powerful with good hot water. Only downside is that the bathroom is open plan to the bedroom, so not ideal if sharing a room with someone you're not intimate with.

There's a small pool on the roof, and a rooftop bar/bistro with a pretty good view that is worth checking out. Very busy with both guests and locals, seems to be a trendy place to be seen in Windhoek.

The hotel was great on the inside. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, the roof bar and restaurant were also excellent. I only stayed one night here on the first of my many trips to Namibia but won't be returning simply because I had an awful experience with an indifferent member of checkin staff who even went on to get some enjoyment of watching me fail to use the lift (no signs but you need to swipe the room key). There's lots of competition in this great country so I've taken my business elsewhere since.

Luxurious place to pamper yourself after safari days. The location is convenient , very close to the shopping street downtown , and Christ church.

The drawback is that we have the room facing the building under construction, so the view was limited, in addition, the bath and sink area was strangely arranged with open space
