  Great stop only 3 hours drive from Windhoek or 1 hour from Etosha. The lodge has air conditioned rooms with camping for single sites or group camps.
  
  There is a conference facility, pool, restaurant and bar. The lodge is near town so quick shopping visits can be made and the staff are very friendly.
  
  There free WiFi and wild life in a fenced off camp with springbok often visable from the bar. Will defiantly be back in my next trip.

  Loved Etotongwe! After changing our travel plans, we showed up and we're able to claim a lovely camp site with shower and toilet near. The bar area was a highlight and the location is just a short drive to the grocery store and some solid restaurants. Only an our from etosha, it's an excellent place to stay pre or post your etosha visit to break up the travel.

  Unfortunately this was one of the worse places I've been in a really long time.
  When we arrived we had to wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to come to the reception
  There was a client that was sitting there saying "you can't complain about service if there isn't any"- instant red flag
  
  Unfortunately the room was not cleaned, there was stains all over the bedsheets , the towels were wet and smelled used and definitely not cleaned, also the room had a strong toilet detergent smell, the air con was ridiculous as was the tv(people with bad sight would not be able to see a thing)
  Now with the bar and restaurant I had ordered a juice with a glass the glass was so dirty I decided to drink straight out of the bottle with a straw, the food took at least 2 hours to arrive at our table and it was a simple pizza and when it arrived the cutlery was all stained and dirty and we definitely did not want to eat the food.
  The place has great potential but unfortunately not ran and not enough effort put into it.
  This was at the lodges note I do not know how the camping is.

  Basic but nice. Clean and friendly staff. Caters for a wide range. Nice small restaurant for dinners and breakfast
