Bad bad customer experience! After flying to Ondangwa, these people had to leave our bags in WHK, knowing well that tomorrow is the 24th of December, a Saturday even, and people are away on holiday! What blew my gasket off was, the WHK people told the Ondangwa people that they informed us that our baggage would remain behind. Complete BS lies! They did this w/o considering how far their customers stay! An older lady who suffers from stroke also suffered this fate, as her medication was left in WHK.
This is such blatant disrespect of customers and seemingly discriminatory - none of the alternatively coloured fellow customers suffered this trauma.
It was horrible what they did. Complete disrespect and folly. Repugnant and disgraceful. I hated this experience.

Checked my mother in for her flight home. Check in was good and efficient. Staff can be a little friendlier, but otherwise okay.
