We were two weeks ago on their Tuesday special day- and were so disappointed and were not even helped for 30 minutes! I got a call from the owner or manager and he apologised. Because of this, I thought we would try again yesterday- where I was pleasantly surprised. Please keep up the standard, proud of you for picking it up again.

Nice spot.
For kids They have some tools, fresh pasta for playing and cook. Very nice ideia to keep children away of parents phones and iPad.

The ambience is amazing, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. As for the food, scrumptious scrumptious, they have amazing pizzas and pasta's. Would definitely recommend a visit. Oh and not forgetting the cocktails on offer, they are worth a try.

Excellent food and friendly service. If you sit on the balcony attached to the restaurant you'll see a wonderful view of Windhoek. If you time things right and go near sunset you'll see breathtaking sunsets while you enjoy your meal and something to drink. This would be an ideal spot to enjoy sundowners with family or friends.

With Col’Cacchio at Grove Mall you never know what you’re going to get. Service depends on the waiter that serves you, and who you go with. Unfortunately the pizza isn’t up to the standard that we have come to expect from the Col’Cacchio franchise-however the new main meals are worth the trip. So this resturant deserves as second visit

*The resturant and toilets clean which is a must for me.

Very stylish pizza oven which is about ten feet tall. Nice pizza selection and pleasant service available. Outdoor seating adjacent to a courtyard where the kids can play.

Waiting staff is usually very friendly and helpful, great cocktails and other drinks, food is almost always on par with what you'd expect from looking at the menus (very rare for restaurants these days), biggest complaint I have is that the pizzas here are all slightly overpriced however the cuisine itself is excellent.

Went here on a Monday evening for the two for one pizza promo. The pizzas were all together really tasty, the pizza menu is quiet extensive with prices going up to 160NAD, but in my opinion it is well worth it, especially with the two for one promotion. The service was nice and fast and the place clean.

Terrible service. Called to make a booking but they say they only take walk-ins. Arrived at Col'Cacchio and it was fully packed. The hostess would not even make an effort to secure us a place after customers left. She just sent us away. Unless you wish to sit for lunch to secure your dinner spot, I strongly do not recommend Col'Cacchio Windhoek.

Staff is uber friendly but service is dissapointing. The pizza is sooo amazing.. The Greenie Genie is one of my favourite pizza ever! Kudos to you but maybe hire some more waiters.

After discovering Col'Cacchio in Cape Town, it quickly became one of my favourite restaurants!! But I was very disappointed with the service at this one in Windhoek! The tables were left dirty until customers arrived and the floor had not seen a broom in a while. The food was cold and our side dishes arrived when we were almost done and only after we had to approach various staff and the manager.
The waitress put on an attitude and became very unpleasant to deal with.
*I was very happy with the base for the Banting Pizza, which was better than the one I had in Cape Town - except that this one was cold.
