Embarrasing! They advertise on local radio station (Cosmos 94.1) that they are celebrating their birthday and if you go shopping wearing pink you will be entitled to a special discount.
When claiming this "discount" my wife was told it was only between 11:00 - 14:00! NO time was mentioned in redio ad.

It is impossible to get them on the phone. Every time I want to find out whether my blinds are done I have to drive to the shop. Also to manufacture the blinds apparently takes a lot longer then 2 weeks

Bought an item here that was faulty upon returning it 'Customer service told us we broke it. They treated us as if was our fault. Eventually we got a refund after spending 1 hour in the store.

"n Produk gekoop wat foutief was en het my dadelik gehelp deur die produk om te ruil vir my met groot vriendelikheid. Dis nie aldag wat 'n mens personeel vind wat so hulpvaardig is nie.
