Don't let them do your laundry! Unless you're very tired of your clothes, haha. I let them do my laundry and ended up with someone elses jeans (meaning someone lost theirs) and also didn't get back my favourite t-shirt. I contacted them when I was already in another country because only then I noticed that things were missing. They said they will only look for my clothes when I ask very nicely. There's honestly something wrong with their attitude. Doing laundry isn't rocket science, they should seriously get it together.

Always a nice place to be when we are in Windhoek. It has a very nice chill out area and the stuff is extremely very friendly. Otherwise it's not too much expansive. It was a very good value for my money. Sharp

Staff are friendly. Among the cheatest hostel in Windhoek, but still expensive. Big and many bed. So i think you dont need to book in advance. And they arrange the tour.

Good place to stay if you don't want privacy or quiet. Always very busy, great place to meet people, but I would rather stay somewhere else and go party at the Box.

Expensive for what they offer. The breakfast is very poor. Look for another place if you can

Bad security, because everyone can go to the bar and the dorms are open freely. No electricty plug in our room.

Despite what is showing on their website, no food is served apart from a tiny bowl of yoghurt and muesli in the morning. Friendly staff, but place needs a refurb. Internet complimentary. Better value available in my opinion.

if you are a single lady，suggest you to change another backpacker to stay. there are two staffs so aggressive and replusive ，as if they give you a favor to stay in there home without paying money. they'd like to dally with young girl s if they see that you are stay alone， and push you to chat with them despite you don't want to talk with them. so noisy place.
