I have been with Vodacom for five years. I can not believe the pathetic service I have received this week or should I say NOT receiving ANY service whatsoever. What happened to "Customer Care?" I received a call saying that I should go and register my SIM Card again after all these years, which I did at the Vodacom Chimoio Branch after waiting in the queue for over two hours. The Manager assured me that my SIM Card was now registered and I should wait for a confirmation sms. The next day I received another telephone call, saying that I should go to my nearest branch, which I did, returning FIVE times. I then registered my SIM Card on Line twice. I then received an sms saying that I should register via email: [email protected] which I did. I then contacted Vodacom Chat and they told me to register via this email: [email protected] which I did. Vodacom have disconnected my telephone for three days now and still nobody can help me. So long Vodacom you clearly do NOT care about your customers.
