  Great, but no Internet in the rooms; only in the small sitting room and the (excellent) breakfast space.

  I stayed there in 2009, it was my first time in Maputo but the people there made me feel like I was part of them, I did not feel like a stranger at all. Cecilia who owns the guest house is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back!

  My daughter and I stayed at the Residencial Palmeiras on three separate occasions while traveling through Maputo in Mozambique. It was safe, clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an alternative to a hotel. We had our privacy but the staff was always available if needed. One thingit is cash only which for us was not a problem.
