  Hotel Farmars is the best place to stay while in Maxixe. Very nice and large rooms, but if you want something special ask for one of the water tower suites (especially the one on the top floor, which as a nice view all around, from Maxixe to Inhambane). The prices are higher than the other options available, but if it's in your budget it is worth the extra. The pool is very nice and well kept, and is right by the restaurant, which has, by the way, very honest prices. The staff is nice and helpful, feel free to ask them anything about the restaurant and hotel, they will know how to answer and are honest.

  Beautiful, Clean, excellent restaurant serving lunches and dinner , need to improve on breakfast offering it was my only disappointment.

  Comfortable, basic rooms. I've stayed at Hotel Farmars a number of times and more often than not the tv doesn't work. This doesn't bother me but may annoy other guests.
  The staff are friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.
  Definitely the best place in Maxixe for an overnight stay.
