I paid 3500 metical for the room. sharing toilet and bath, checking out at 10 am. Have to wait for my bus to Johannesburg station at 18: pm. Place is neat and tidy but hot can't use air conditioning during the day starts at 20 pm until 7 am.

I arrived at the airport and my friend from Norway hooked me up with Fatima’s. Location is okay and facilities are clean. They could do with a better restaurant and coffee. But then again you get what you pay for.

Toilet blocked for most of our stay. We had to use communal toilets as an alternative. We asked reception everyday to have someone fix. Nobody came. The toilet smelt so bad that we had to sleep with door open. Guess that's what you can expect from a backpackers.

Convenient bus transfer Maputo-Tofo and Tofo-Maputo. Apart from that, it's just overpriced and overrated. In Maputo you might want to stay there for practical reasons, but in Tofo it doesn't make much sense. There are better and cheaper options.

They are well organized, receive tourists from all over sleep in the city and are later driven by bus to a resort in Inhambane beautiful beaches with clear water 💦,.

Nice and friendly staff. Location it's good. Offers lot's of information. Bus to Tofo leaves and arrives there also.

Fatima's in Maputo has some very nice people working there and is positioned very well in the city, however it is expensive for what you get. 800MTS for a dorm bed with holes and rips in the mosquito netting, inadequate and noisy fans in the room, no soap in dispensers in washrooms. Seems like basic fixes to improve the situation.

Nice hostel with random people from the world. She organizes transfers to her hostel in tofo. I prefer her hostel in maputo much more than the one in tofo.

Lets be realistic here. It is ok. Could be better in the rooms but the atmosphere here is good. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

Fantastic backpackers. It's in the middle of it all in this vibrant city. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and washrooms are nice. It can get busy quick so be sure to book ahead of time.
