My first time at KPJ Sentosa Specialist Hospital was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. The reason is that I was fortunate to meet Dr. Vikramjit Singh Saren, who is arguably one of the most prestigious, erudite, skillful, highly regarded Urologists in Malaysia, but most of all, one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. I had placed myself in God's Hands and He placed me in Dr. Vikramjit safe hands and those of his most professional and most caring assistant Mrs. Janaki. I cannot find the right words to express my appreciation of these two selfless, kind, and compassionate guardian angels! At first, while I was waiting for my turn, I was sad and worried about my physical issue, however, the moment I met them I was completely blown away by how helpful, patient, and caring Dr. Vikramjit and Mrs. Janaki were, and how fast they were at getting back to me to take such wonderful care of me by explaining things thoroughly to make certain I understood. It was indeed wonderful to be treated with such professionalism and care.
Dr. Vikramjit sees patient after patient and complaint after complaint, yet he compassionately pays attention to details to identify and to cure his patients' physical ailments efficiently and with great exactitude and generosity of heart. I thank you, dearest Dr. Vikramjit and dearest Mrs. Janaki, both of you work from the bottom of your heart, and you are the epitome of excellent medical professionalism among specialists, who are passionate about their work!

I also wish to thank the professional, friendly, & understanding staff of the S.P Counter located at G-Floor, such as Mr. Vijayanathan, Mrs. Sivajothi, Mrs. Bovitra, Mrs. Sashikala, & Mrs. Manjula.

I will never, ever, forget you wonderful souls, and I will always have you in my prayers! God Bless you & May God's bountiful Rewards be bestowed on you! And may none of you be ever sick! Amen.
    Yours respectfully Farid

    1. Parking is terrible, parking staff is alway unavailable, and it is super EXPENSIVE! RM4/HR! Imagine you have to be warded for a few days, and no discount for patient.
    2. Dr Nizar is excellent
    3. The phone operator is always yelling, don't know wheter she has a sound problem or what

Good place to come for tourists, instead of going to the hospital. Minimal waiting time, and good care by the doctor.

Last I went in Emergency (Nov. 6, 2017 around 11:pm) because my caughing is frequent and harder, not the usual caughing of someone who have caugh.

    1) The Nurse is very professional
    2) However the Dr. is Unprofessional, he told the nurse to send me home, come back tomorrow to be checked by other Dr.
    3) He gave this advice to the nurse without even giving me proper diagnosis.
    4) The Dr. gave the advice to the nurse for me to return the next morning while he's standing beside me outside the diagnosis room as if he'd checked my vitals and diagnose me.
    5) I pursue to be checked by the said Dr. even though I saw he's acting inhumane, considering we're in the emergency receiving area.

I would definitely rate 0 star if there was an option.

Unknowledgeable employees and poor call etiquette gives me negative impression. I called to the hospital to inquire for doctor/physician availability and also the consultation fees, the call was being transferred and held for at least 5 times and end up I don't even know who I was talking to, so I have to repeat the same question multiple times. I asked the lady on-line which department am I talking to, and her replied was "FIRST FLOOR", so do you expect me to understand what "FIRST FLOOR" is? It makes me wonder if they know what they are doing.

Super slow services. Called for appointment and was told to come at 2pm. After arrived was informed that the doctor was not available as he were performing a small surgery. Wanted to just take the report and leave but were pursuade to kept on waiting for another 15, 20, 30 minutes and so on until 3.30pm.

The overall services might be good but my advice if you have something to do with urinology or any bladder sickness, please do your best to go to other private hospital. They dont even say sorry for such delay. Smh

    Hi, good day.
Sentosa KPJ always the 1st choice for myself and my family & kids.

Without appointment day or night, we visit the emergency clinic, the price range is RM 30 - RM 50, with the normal doctor. of course blood test / test examine have the extra charges. we experienced to visit the clinic nearby us, the minimum charges is about RM 80 Cash, if with injection RM 150, hospital emergency can either cash or credit card! Or medical Card!

With appointment, means u looking for the specialist, the range is about RM 80 - RM120. Friendly speaking, The nurses most of them are friendly and and willing to hear from you.
