  I visited Pantai around 1am and it was very quiet. I was seen almost straight away and left feeling much better. Costs of medicine, consultation where not too expensive.

  Mum had the worst experience with the urologist there. His classic statement was ‘I’m the specialist I know better than you.’ which he used to brush off everything that Mum said about her condition. Naturally the diagnostics was not successful in pinpointing her issues. Never going back.

  Why don't you list the doctors?
  The mobile site explains the services but does not provide the names of the consultants.
  How can patients make an informed decision?
  
  This is also the hospital that once happily told my boss I had hep c when I didn't. And didn't have the decency to apologize until I confronted them.

  Went for blood test. Ended up with only renal level test done and fully charged. As i did not keep the receipt, they dismissed my case saying no record of me doing blood test there. Bloody blood suckers. Service level worse than government hospital; at least in civil the number of patients contribute to the their level of service. Pantai hospital, WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE?
  
  I dare say, most reviewers here, the 'local guides' are paid by the establishment to promote positive reviews on google. For first timers, please use due discretion when reading the reviews, to seperate fact and fiction.

  Make an appointment 2 days ago for a Specialist. The Endoscopy Center is Very Friendly and the Doctor is very professional.

  Pricey yes, in total costs 677 RM.
  
  Waiting for the Hardcopy of the Ultra Sound result is Forever. Almost 4 hours waiting from the informed approx 1 hour.

  So far quite satisfied with services here. Staff was helpful, not as chatty as some, but nice. Waiting time was average, went here 2 times and entertained in less than 1 hour after appointment. Not bad really.
  
  There's also few food stall, fast food restaurants on the premise. So food wasn't an issue. I just asked the staff what is the estimated time for my turn, then I went downstairs to grab food while waiting.

  Very bad services. Appoinment said 12.30. But at last meet doctor 3.30. Crazy hospital. Especially on fertility consultation. Not recommended. Nurse also very bad services. What kind of appoinment is this? Crazy crazy crazy.

  Bad bad impression today. Dropped off my 80+ yr old mother with maid at the lobby. Told my teenage son to bring grandma up to Block A 5th floor to register as she has bad eyesight. Told valet I wouldnt be long as i moved forward away from drop off point to wait for my son. Guard at Block B beckoned me to move again. I looked behind and saw a jaguar also trying to find space to wait. So i asked where i could wait. He said "pergi pusing"! And what did i see next? The jaguar took over my spot and worse... the driver ran down n left the car! Nxt a white BMW came along and double parked next to the jaguar. This driver waited in the car but the guard just looked but didnt bother him. I was driving my mother's MYVi today! So how a client is treated commensurates with the type of car driven??

  Terrible service!! Totally didn't expect a private hospital turned into a government like hospital. I was here 5 years ago and today it has totally change to a bad hospital. Please don't come here. Check google rating or ask around. Pantai is no longer what they say it is. I believe they have a problem with their process. Took us 5 hours to get admitted and the best part is, 4 hours before, we secured a room and even with that we still had to wait for 5 hours for nothing. Just because other units in the hospital did do their job. They just keep telling us their colleague from admission is slow to send file and they can't do anything. Just wait and no idea how long. They kept complaining rudely about their own colleagues.
  
  Manage to get admitted. It was a super wrong choice honestly. After that met up with more rude staff of pantai. Always typical answer given i don't know. After a few days here problem wasn't solve and now I have to go to another hospital to do everything again.

  Very bad experience. Wrong diagnosis and mismatching prescriptions on two occasions when using the emergency service. Also we noticed the substandard hygiene a practice in some occasion (no use a of gloves despite blood,etc...).. This hospital is managed like a commercial entity only geared towards making patients spending money and not caring about their wellbeing.

  Great doctor, but the organization was horrible. I am an expat and gave my boss' phone number as an emergency contact because I don't know anyone else. They call my boss EVERY time I have an appointment, they never call me. In typical fashion, it is "it wasn't me" when I try to figure out how to fix it. Dr was upset about it, talked to staff. Then happened again. I This time, the nurse said, "I thought you were going to remove the number from the system", so apparently I was supposed to remove my emergency contact magically from their system. Done with it. My boss now knows much more about me than I would have liked. Thanks, Pantai.

  Good hospital but it really needs to do something about it's billing system. A discharge takes 3 to 4 hours easily! And meanwhile you are clocking up room charges! Great doctors but incompetent administration.
