This cenote seems to be a private cenote run by Go Natural Explorer. There is one where you can swim through the caves where the river runs through. In the caves are what you would expect in limestone caverns with stalactites and stalagmites and bats. There is a waterfall that comes down over the entrance to the cave and a smaller one at the exit. The water is totally clear and cool. Beautiful! The other cenote was very deep where they have a jumping platform that is 6 meters from the opening at ground level and the platform is 6 meters to the water (about 18-20 feet).

They also have very nice, modern restrooms and also a dining veranda with good food.

Overall a great tour, great guide (Thanks Eduardo!), and well organized company.

Our tour guide Nesta was so lovely and knowledgeable. The whole experience was amazing, I highly recommend it.
We were picked up from our hotel and after around a 40 minute drive we arrived at the park. We were then introduced to our tour guide- Nesta, and signed forms. We were then offered insurance at a fee of $15 each, or 2 people for $25. This meant that in the case of an accident, or damage to the vehicle you wouldnt have to pay the minimum $250 fee. So I suggest if you're new to driving that you pay for insurance. We rode the quad bikes through the jungle to the open senote. There they had a zip line from a height which you could drop into the water, as well as a jumping platform and stairs into the senote. After that we rode to the closed senote which the water was colder than expected (after going to several senotes, the closed one we visited was the coldest). Inside the senote there is storage for your possessions. I forgot to mention, when you arrive you are given a key for a locker, which can be accessed throughout the day. Inside the senote I put my towel, phone, and flipflops inside the storage compartments. We then went for lunch, and I can assure you the food will satisfy your tastebuds. There is a buffet style lunch, with a salad bar. We had grilled chicken (tons of flavour), mash potato, rice, tortilla and nachos. There is also a variety of drinks and sweets to take advantage of. After being well fed, we made our way to the zipline. We were harnessed up and explained the rules. For those scared of heights like myself, I found the best way to channel my fear was to sing as I walked up the stairs. This really helped me as I focused less on the height of the tower. Once you go on the zipline it is so very good, the people are very efficient and fast, and communicate with walkie talkies.
Photos are taken of you even when youre not aware of it. I was incredibly surprised with the $20 fee per picture but my parents ended up buying a cd with all the pictures on.
Overall the trip was amazing and I'd repeat every moment of it

Es una aventura natural y divertida. Nuestro guía Oscar disfruta mucho de lo que hace y lo transmite con la mejor energía. El lugar es increíble, nos recibieron con una bendición maya para luego visitar las cavernas llenas de estalactitas, cenotes y una caída de agua hermosa!! Cuenta con baños, duchas y lockers. La comida es tradicional y deliciosa!

Es una parque ecoturístico, de aventura. cuenta con cenotes, ríos subterráneos, grutas secas y actividades como rappel y tirolesa. Un lugar completamente de aventura y muy natural.
