Hace unos días me hospede en este hostal y lamentablemente me ROBARON mi cámara fotográfica del "cuarto privado" que ma habían dado. MARCO, nombre del gerente, me dio la bienvenida y me dijo que el lugar era muy seguro, sin embargo tenía muchos "voluntarios" que viven en el lugar. Deje mi cámara y alguna cosas sin valor en el cuarto y cerré con llave para salir a dar la vuelta, al regresar por la noche me encontré con los "voluntarios y amigos" de fiesta, bastante volados, para no entrar en detalles, me fui directo a mi cuarto para dormir sin embargo hicieron ruido con música y al parecer un saxofón! hasta las 6 o 7 de la mañana (una falta de respeto para sus huéspedes) en un momento de la madrugada vi a un grupo de personas entrando a mi cuarto por la ventana, al parecer estaban bastante bebidos, el primero al darse cuenta que estaba en la habitación se salió y se fueron. Me percate que la llave y "seguridad" del cuarto no servían para nada. Desperté pocas horas después del mal sueño para ir al evento que estaba por participar y me di cuenta que mi cámara no estaba. Al ver que el gerente no estaba, pregunte a algunos de los "voluntarios" por mi cámara y me dijeron no sabían, que nadie "podía entrar" por que yo había cerrado con "llave" y que probablemente la habían tirado a la basura ya que la tenía dentro de una bolsa de plástico. Que tontería. El gerente nunca se apareció, solo me mando un mensaje en que iba hablar con los "voluntarios" y que el no se haría responsable de mi cámara. Una pena :(
Si van a san cristobal les recomiendo no hospedarse en este lugar ya que además de dejar mucho que desear con sus instalaciones, pueden perder sus pertenencia sin que nadie sea capaz de ayudar, hay muchos otros hostales mucho mejores, más limpios, más seguros y al mismo precio.

A few days ago I stayed at this hostel and unfortunately I was robbed my camera of the "private room" they gave to me. MARCO, name of the manager , welcomed me and told me that the place was very safe, however the hostel had many "volunteers" living in the place. I left my camera and some things in the room and locked with a key to go around, on returning at night I met the "volunteers and friends" doing party, quite HI , not to go into details, I went straight to my Room to sleep however they made noise with music and apparently a saxophone! Until 6am or 7am in the morning (a lack of respect for their guests) in a moment of the morning I saw a group of people entering my room by the window, apparently they were quite drunk, the first to realize that it was In the room left and left. I realise that the key and "security" of the room were useless. I woke up a few hours after the bad rest to go to the event that was about to participate and I realized that my camera was not there. When I saw that the manager was not there, I asked some of the "volunteers" for my camera and they told me they did not know, that no one "could enter" because I had closed with "key" and that they had probably thrown it away to the trash because I have it inside in a plastic bag. ridiculous . The manager never showed up, just sent me a message that he was going to talk to the "volunteers" and that he would not be responsible for my camera. A pity :(
If you are going to San Cristobal I recommend you not to stay in this place since besides leaving much to be desired with its facilities, you can lose your belongings without anyone being able to help, there are many other hostels much better, cleaner, safer and same price.response / report this review -
