Es un excelente hotel, su ubicación es realmente buena. Su personal busca ayudar en tu estancia. El hotel como tal es muy bonito, acogedor y agradable. Una opción recomendable costo beneficio.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, la cama es buena. Las toallas están muy feas y viejas, además de que sólo había 1 y tuve que pedir más. El servicio en el restaurante es muy lento, demasiado lento. En serio, si van a salir a un tour necesitan como 75min para desayunar en el hotel.

Exelente lugar uno de mis hoteles favoritos al ir de viaje a este destino, personal super eficaz, muy buena locación cerca del centro de san cristobal y precio accesible, muy higiénico tanto baños, habitaciones, areas verdes, salones ,etce.

Aunque el hotel no es de cadena como fiesta americana no le pide nada a otros hoteles el hotel mi rústico precioso la atención de todo el personal excelente , te hacen sentir que verdaderamente estás en casa , muy buena experiencia las habitaciones muy limpias , la verdad lo recomiendo le doy 5 estrellas

Excelente hotel. Muy buena ubicación, a un par de cuadras de los andadores donde puedes encontrar artesanías, cafés, restaurantes, etc. Habitaciones muy cómodas y excelente trato del personal.

Cozy and modern hotel with a historic touch, within walking distance of most sights in San Cristobal. Very clean and impressive interior, with their own restaurant. Highly recommended!
