We booked a famile size room with a bathtub (back pain). We were not given our booked room. Instead one without a bathtub. We friendly asked for a bathtub and you can look at the pictures what we got. In addition to that the walls were super thin. We heard everything from other rooms. Cannot recommend this hotel. I can't believe a four-star hotel has rooms like that! Unbelievable

The place is really beautiful, the personal are nice and the room is comfortable, the only thing is that to get to the room you have to climb up many stairs, i don't recommend it for elders.
