  I've been coming to this place for almost 20 years, and the best of it is the thermal pool as it's unique to other places. The place also has regular pools with different depths for everyone to enjoy. As the place is in the middle of the jungle it's impossible to avoid facing a weird bugs or scape from the mosquitoes, but the staff keeps the area as clean as possible. And they are always nice (the staff, not the bugs) The bad side is the food in the restaurant, it's barely good enough to eat if you consider that is basically your only option. Food takes long to get prepared and sometimes it's served cold. I've experienced many times food that is clearly at least two days old and the price is high if you consider the quality. On the other hand the staff is always nice. The hotel rooms are simple but enough. Two beds, shower and TV. Make sure your satellite tv works as sometimes it does not and you'll get nothing but blue screen. The A/C is little noisy but works just fine. Keep in mind the place doesn't offer WiFi, so right before entering to the resort you'll get totally disconnected from the outside world. The prices for the rooms have been increasing and they used to offer breakfasts for each guest but not anymore, so the satisfaction for what you get over what you paid has been decreasing, but overall the hotel rooms are ok.

  It's a great site to go with family, there is differents pools and termal water. The only problem is that at 7 o'clock you should exit

  It's a nice place for swimming and pass a good time with the family, but is not the best place at all, it's a little bit abandoned

  This place has different pools and a thermal water place as well, the different pools aren't really deep and the deepest is really small. There's a restaurant which is known for being expensive. This is mostly a family place
