Un gran hotel, atención las 24 horas, personal calificado y amable, cómodo, reconfortante, super higiénico, económico, familiar, sumamente tranquilo, además cuenta con servicio de restaurante, estacionamiento, alrededor del hotel se encuentran plazas, cafés, restaurantes, bares, centros comerciales, cines, entre otros. Muy recomendable

On December 11, 2017, we booked a room in this hotel, and went in, left our suitcases and went out to eat. After, we went to the mariba park and came back to the hotel around 10-ish pm, when getting ready to get in the shower, I started to undo the bed, to our surprise, there were hairs on the pillows and bed, so we call reception and they brought clean sheets, not without trying to move us to another room, with 2 beds (we had a king), the sheets she brought were see thru, because they were too worn when we took of the dirty ones, we saw the mattress protector it needed protection itself, full of holes so we decided to take it off to see what was underneatharrggghhhhh!!!! The mattress had so many urine stains that we could not believe it!! This is not acceptable!!! The lady helping us try to make excuses saying the owner had some type of illness and had not been around for some time we immediately requested our money back (because you have to pay in advance). I wish I could upload pictures, I would rate this hotel with half a start our none at all, on the outside is clean but in the rooms, the story is different! Never again we will stop here and I would not recommend it to any of my friends.

Precio accesible. Habitaciones confortables con área para preparar y comer alimentos dentro de la habitación, así como frigobar. Estacionamiento. Cable. WiFi. Aire acondicionado. Restaurante Lunes a Sábado. Ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a plazas comerciales importantes y centro de Tuxtla.

Para pasar la noche esta muy bien, las habitaciones son algo viejitas pero cómodas, no pude comer en el restaurante ya que no había suficiente personal. Aun así la atención fue buena.
