Absolutely amazing experience! Prior to the yacht Jessica Mendez was extremely wonderful and was always available to answer any questions I had. The yacht staff were so friendly and made amazing drinks/snacks. They made our trip super memorable. Over all I would definitely recommend riviera charters!

Vera and I had a wonderful time for my birthday celebrating the beautiful life and we thank the crew for the from the Chef to the hostess to the driver of the boat to the reception to the beautiful cruise in the bay in the lagoon

Eddie, Omar & Captain were great host! They took very good care of us, we had 2 people in our party who weren’t swimmers and they were extra cautious with them. They kept the drinks coming and guacamole was exceptionally delicious!! Definitely worth every penny. Transportation was efficient and extremely clean, we went from Tulum to Puerto Aventuras. You won’t regret booking this!

I had an extraordinary experience renting with Riviera Charters in Tulum. Jessica was very helpful and patient in customer service, the transportation from Unico to the marina was very good, the van smelled freshly washed and the driver was very friendly. Upon arriving at the marina, we were greeted by Miss Ines, who was very gracious and took us to our yacht, where the crew was helpful and the food was wonderful! Highly recommended if you visit Tulum.
