Place is a dump! Very little dangerous parking. The inside looks like a hospital clinic for refuges. But the buses are nice. 💪🏽

Everything is out of order. security didnt check anything. Very dirty place. the buses didnt have wifi like the company says and the seats are really uncomfortable . not worth the price

Always an interesting experience. The buses are affordable and comfortable. Most have free wifi and play movies on several tvs. I've taken tufesa several times within Mexico and have never had an issue

Very comfortable seats and the driver was very patient enough to turn the bus around to get to passengers who were left behind. What a nice and refreshing gesture. Good movie selection too that is child friendly. The bathroom was also clean!

Ok, first time I have used this mode of public transportation in about 45 years.
With that said, I was not impressed, to the point that I'll probably never ride in any bus again. Here's why I feel this way right now.
When I bought my ticket the salesgirl said that the trip was seven hours, 9:30am-5:00pm (I drive it in less than 6, most of the time 5.5hrs) and we'd be arriving in Phoenix by 5. OK cool
But, the bus was an hour late arriving in Hermosillo to pick us up, it was full. The bus wasn't cleaned, they just opened the door and loaded up.
We get to the military checkpoint, it's 45 minutes to get away from them. Then we get to Nogales terminal, taking 30+ minutes to get away from there.
Then, the big one, the border That takes an hour more Next, the final checkpoint for Border Patrol about 25 miles north of the border, another 15+ minutes.
So, I arrived in Phoenix around 7:30pm, ten and a half hours later from the time I arrived at the Hillo terminal, with a splitting headache.
Now, the upside of Tufesa The seats are pretty comfortable with decent padding, it's freezing cold in the cabin, and I watched, in Spanish of course, 5 movies on the trip
Look, I fully understand that you have to go thru all these things to get from Mexico to the USA via bus, but they need to be more forthright with how long these trips actually take, that's all I'm saying.

Love the service always in time everytime I travel but I did not like this last time the took off the leg resters from the bus that was super uncomfortable
