The location is good, the thing that I didn't like is that the person that rents you the condo never shows up to give you the key of the apartment, so they don't know if you received the department well, because the keys of the condos are given by the police in the entrance

The wellness center is a beautiful, small facility with weight and cardio equipment. It can provide a full workout with an outdoor pool.

I stayed in a 2 BR, 2 BA condo for a week in January. My siblings and I rented it thru Air B&B. The condo was nice enough, but the management was disorganized and not helpful when we had questions about how to make appliances work. For example, how to run the dishwasher which we never got to run. Also, the location is too far from Akumal and the beach which meant you had to drive there and find and pay for parking. On the next trip to Akumal we will stay in Akumal near the ocean.
At the end of the week we discovered that you could buy meals at the TAO Wellness Center restaurant and even have food delivered to the condo. If we had known that when we rented the condo, we would have used the service throughout the trip.response / report this review -
