We are staying here two nights. The rooms are old and not well maintained. There are outlets that don't work, the mini fridge was broken (doors wouldn't close) and not plugged in, the swimming pool is freezing, and it smells strongly like sewage in the middle of the night.

The customer service is fairly good, they are responsive and helpful.

There isn't a restaurant but there is a "green bar" that sells sandwiches and quesadillas, which they will deliver to your room. It is cash only. The baguettes are good, but don't ask to customize them because they aren't very good at that.

The place is a marvel of the old world, like staying on a big wood cabin. Definitely a place to stay!!

Personal muy amable. La estancia fue perfecta. Los cuartos limpios y sin ruido. Ideal para ir en familia máximo de 8 en un solo cuarto y descansar cómodamente.

Great hotel in this nice town! Hotel and rooms were nice, clean, and a new pool was recently added as well. The staff was excellent, spoke English(which helps when I don't remember some words in Spanish), and gave great recommendations on where to go visit and eat in town. Will definitely stay here again.

The Quality-Price ratio is too good, rooms are clean and huge, The hotel is kind small but very nice. The hotel has 2 pools inside and its very close to The downtown, its quiet and service is good.
