If you go to work on the industrial area, the hotel is very well located. The staff was friendly and the amenities good. The room was kind of small and the bed sheets seemed old and worn out. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

There was issues with the plumbing the toilet sets too close to the bathroom counter so you not the toilet paper off every time you use the bathroom and I am a skinny person so give you an idea a relatively quiet place I was ignored by staff at the reception desk on several occasions but oh well

I stay here on a regular basis since it is only 5 minutes away from our factory. Some of the rooms are not good. The carpet smells and biggest issue is the hot water from the shower is very slow - almost a dribble at times. Has been an issue several times and for others as well.

The location was great, just 5 minutes from the company I was visiting. It all looks clean and brand new. The bed was very comfortable. There are not many restaurants near the hotel but they have available options that can deliver.

OK. I want to start by saying I am a loyal Hilton customer which is why I booked this hotel plus it had good reviews. BIG mistake this time! I arrived on a Sunday at 1:30 pm and was told my room would be ready at 3:00. It was 5 before the room was ready which was not a huge deal. Headed to the room and the carpet in the hallway looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. Opened the door to the room and it stunka musty smell with a hint of urine mixed in. It was not good. The room had not been vacuumed at all. The walls were dirty and I could even see dirty hand prints on them. The bathroom had hair in the sink and it looked like a coke had exploded on the wall by the light switch. I had to look under the bed now. I saw a dirty floor with dead bugs and a bottle cap. I was not surprised to be honest. Went to the front desk and the people working were nice enough and they explained the hotel was at full capacity over the weekend. This was their explanation why the place was so dirtyWOW! The location is not close to anything to walk to like a restaurant, shopping, gas station, etc. It is located on a busy road that has truck traffic ALL night long! I can't understand all the positive reviews of this place. I would never, ever recommend staying here. It was not a deal either at $88 a night! Please do youself a favor an look elsewhere in San Juan del Rio. I found one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at across town. A hacienda right across from the mall with restaurants right next door. If fact, there we many things close by to walk to and it was about $10 USD more per nighta bargain! I hope this helps someone. Terrible stay. Was here for 5 nights and can't think of anything good to say. I checked in online and picked my own room, once I got there the room was a complete mess. Towels on the floor, the works. They got me into a new room, smaller and lower level. Then the service, getting any kind of attention was only by repeated waving of the hand and verbal calls for the bartender standing only 3 feet away chatting it up with some locals. Once you got the attention it was immediately followed by attitude as if I inconvenienced her somehow while I sat there with an empty bottle for 20 minutes. Never coming back here again, there is a holiday inn just down the street and it's closer to the only restaurants in the area.
