  1 month ago I bought a Renult Oroch outside when I got home and trying to use the Apple Card did not work, we tried several cell phones, cables and an android and we did not go to appointments at the Americas agency in Guadalajara, we took it, we picked it up and it was still the same They did not know why, after raising complaints they contacted us and again to the workshop and it finally works a week after using it, the alarm is activated by itself and the locks open by themselves, we went to an appointment again they told us that it was already ready that surely the doors We did not close them properly, on Saturday morning at 4 am again the alarm started to sound we deactivated it at 5 am, again on Sunday at 1 am the alarm was left deactivated and it rang again we opened the doors after a while it comes back to ring we disconnected the battery so that it would be quiet, on Monday we talked and there are no appointments until Monday, we take it like this to the agency because it is impossible to leave a car open due to insecurity for 4 times in 1 month that they do not know what what has no response time worst purchase of my life

  Bad experience with the 2020 oroch

  It is the worst experience I have had with this agency, I have a renault stepwey and since I took it out of agency it has always preceded failures, right now it has been a week since the address was changed due to a factory failure and they have not made sure, the stereo they spoiled it and I have not had an answer to that, a civil lawsuit I will have to do my part and obviously the prophecy
