Well, in order not to make the review big, they do not comply with guarantees, and apart from that they deceive you by saying that they will cover all the expenses of when they hit you, they clearly take into account how cheating they are when they make you sign a document saying that they will respect the guarantees and in the end they do not.
And not to mention the incompetent who treated me when they hit me, I have recordings of when I ask him to check the suspension of my car and I never write it down. Go with insurance that if they respond, not with this transactional corporation.
EDIT: it is simple, my answer is that they are a corporate, and precisely from their corporate is that they told me that they were not going to fix anything (as the photo specifies), because it is already signed, curiously without the signature I could not get the vehicle and even though I have audios from their adjuster telling me that they were going to respect the guarantee and in the end they did not and they shielded themselves with that signature.
