They are disastrous, they only care about charging, they sent me in the wrong direction, they did not know how to guide me, I dialed and told them that I was lost, that I was arriving and they were not good at telling me that if I was 10 minutes late they would not attend me, I arrived and it was the last Psychologist's appointment, I expected empathy when I notified my situation in advance. It's good that this happened to me because appointments with no added value were waiting for me because the only thing that matters to them is their 40 minutes and getting paid, not the patient.

I live in Spain and I was looking for online therapy. Of course I could not have hit a better match with this clinic. They are very attentive and accessible at all times. My therapy is with Dulce Neri and I am delighted. I feel very good since I'm with her. Recommended 100%. An excellent professional.

I have been taking online therapy for approximately 2 years and it has been exceptional, I live in the Netherlands and the ease that this clinic has given me by offering its services online and my language is incredible. My therapist is committed, punctual, flexible and always goes beyond my expectations.

Excellent service for scheduling appointments, and the recommendations for the right professional to attend you are also excellent. The costs are fair and in addition, the online appointments for the pandemic are also excellent from the specialists. In particular, my psychologist Nahum, the best!! He has helped me a lot since our first appointment, he makes me feel that he made progress with my problem in each session. In general, if you are looking for an option to treat yourself, I highly recommend R&A psychologists.

La Dra. María Fernández es una doctora muy buena y eficiente en los tratamientos que le ha dado a mi hija tiene la experiencia y los conocimientos, para tratar a sus pacientes así como una calidad humana como pocas personas, así como el grupo de especialistas que laboran en R&A Psicologos, donde la atención es amable,cálida y respetuosa de sus recepcionistas.
