Alex, our waiter was great! Patient & Knowledgeable.
I ordered the Smoked Australian Salmon which was excellent.

Lovely Argentinian experience in Cancun. The staff are extremely friendly with quick and responsive service. We loved the Crab tortellini with plenty of Alaskan King Crab meat inside which is super valuable! Of course, the Argentina steak is juicy too! Remember, the potato soufflé is a must order item! It looks great and really delicious!

Was not impressed with this restaurant. At this price point I’m expecting outstanding service and food. Food was good and service was just OK. The evening started out with a 7pm reservation for 8. We were seated after a short wait. Seats were terrible. The table location and positioning were the perfect bottleneck for service and guest traffic going from the lobby and into bar area. Told the wait staff; but nothing was done. During the ordering process the waiter left our table in the middle of taking half the party’s order. We asked what happened to him when he returned and he said “nothing”. Basically, gave me the impression he didn’t care what we thought. The seafood stew was good. The marinated steak arrachera had been claimed to have been marinated; but it tasted like a salted inside skirt with no true marinated flavor. The Argentina salad was sub-par cause the tomatoes were hard and not ripe some badly bruised. To top it all off - many of the steak eaters in our party had dull knives. How does something like this happens in what is supposedly a fine dining Argentinian steak house??

What a fabulous dining experience. It is 5 stars which is surprising knowing that the trip is filled with all inclusive resorts. Wine selection is fairly good. My favorite dish was tuna tartar. Very well executed. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we do have a great experience. It’s not inexpensive place but it is well worth paying. You would get the same exceptional service back in the States. Well done. Will come back again. 👍🏼

Excellent service. The service gave us excellent recommendations for the food. The lobster bisque is really good and fresh, a little bit salty. Oyster is kind of tasteless, but the shrimp and crab legs are fresh and sweet. The bread that they serve is also really good and great drinks. The octopus is kind of dry and cold when it's in the table. Also no one cut the octopus for is so we needed to cut it with a butter knife. But for the service and good quality, it deserves a 5 stars.

Best steak in Cancun hotel zone. Shared/split one Buenas Aires salad and one rib eye. Amazing. Enough to take leftovers. Sat outside watching the sunset and lagoon. Make reservations just to make sure. Airconditioner inside. Fish also looks really good but this is a steak house. Waiters are all great.

We had the most amazing dinner at this restaurant. The service was first class and the food was incredible. Coming from Vancouver where we have the most amazing restaurants, this was by far one of our best family meals. Great way for our 4 kids and us to end our week long get away.

Great food, great service. 2017 meals are about $35 each but could be much more. Some of the meals are outrageously expensive, but delicious too. In my group of 5 everybody was very pleased with their food. It was well prepared, good portions and the service is probably the best in Cancun.

This is the place to splurge one or two nights whenever we are in Cancun.
It's pricey than most restaurants in Cancun but still reasonable compared to the US.
The staff is always friendly. They don't pressure you to order expensive items on the menu. Everything we had ordered was beyond our expectations. Good presentation, balance of flavor, and well cooked.

I could go on and on about this restaurant, but I will keep it short and simple. The food looked and tasted amazing, and served to my husband and I in a timely manner. The staff was courteous, friendly, funny, and over all, very upbeat. Even though we sat inside, the I still felt as though we were seaside. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for delicious seafood in the Hotel Zone of Cancun!

I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves great steak and seafood. The crab tortellini was the best pasta that I have ever had and the steak was well cooked with lots of flavor. We sat on the deck and watched the sunset from the lagoon. The place gets busy, but the staff makes sure that each table is taken care of.

Puerto Madero is a very nice, modestly casual restaurant with exceptionally fresh fish and very good service. We had the whole grilled fish special, which must have been caught that day, while looking out onto the lagoon and sipping great wine. It was a great way to spend our final night in Cancun. I'd highly recommend making a trip to Puerto Madero--reservations are encouraged.

Good food at reasonable prices but watch out, the portions are huge. A side could easily be shared by two people. Many of the entrees looked so big they could easily be shared. If you got an appetizer and an entree, you'll have plenty for two people.

Food is incredible, and so is the view! Sunset here is fantastic. Service is very good. Save room for dessert, you'll be happy you did. The Truffle dessert is a must for chocolate lovers.

Food was delicious and good quality. The service is very good as well. Attentive and quick. It is a bit pricey, and has beautiful views. In giving 4 stars because although the over all experience was superb the food really didn't wow me. But can't go wrong with this choice, it is a nice place.
