3 stars for friendly customer service and prime location but you lost out by telling us the 'Cabaña' had full services and it didn't and for telling us it is 400 MXP per night on the phone and then having us arrive and then tell us we need to pay extra per person for a hammock because there is no bed. Sorry but in Mexico when you book accommodation over the phone it usually includes a bed, or the full details of the accommodation.
