Good location, close to the dock. The rooms are small but enough to rest overnight. The first level room's windows are directly connected to the hall, so no privacy. They have a parking lot located one street away, so is convenient if you have a car.

The rooms are in bad conditions, everything is covered in dust and dirt (literally your feet will end up black of the dirt), leaks on the walls, bad odours inside of the room and tiks inside the beds. Also very noisy because the walls are not soundproff so you will end up listening everything around including other guests. Resuming I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but at least a decent and clean place to rest and this hotel fails to do so.

Forgot to take photos but this was a great budget hotel. clean, comfortable room with more than I expected for $40-$50 room.

Very nice hotel, perfect location. The staff was very helpful when it came to finding food in Rio Lagartos, which can be difficult at times.
