Really great Sunday Brunch. I can highly recommend this place. The Seafood Tower for two was excellent.

One of the more expensive nights in Playa. Very good food and except for being left alone for a while before ordering, service was good.
Went back on a Wedneday but regular menu was replaced by a set Spanish one, so went elsewhere. Saw Brunches on weekend had a band. This looked good too. Nice place and great location away from bustle.

Excellent food, excellent service and reasonable prices. Food a little hipsterish for my tastes. Lits of food deconstruction, which I guess is a thing now
Overall very happy though. I would return here.

Great breakfast, amazing coffee. Staff is super friendly and nice. Would recommend you try their breakfast.
You can order your main dish from the menu, then head for the buffet for more fruit, pastries, cakes, cheese, ham and cereals.

I ordered the seafood bisque to start with and i found it extremely good. I then had the beef wellingdon that was fantastic. The meat melted in my mouth. I would highly recommend this dish.

Its a very nice place with a good food! I liked their complimentary desert that was little chocolate brownie cubes on a piece of Himalayan salt cube. It was very good!

Very good steak. Service was above normal. Prices comparable to Canada except for good wines - quite a steep markup. Lower end wines were fine and reasonable markup. Overall, great experience.

Plank was our best meal while visiting Playa. It was a little more expensive with quality food, presentation, and atmosphere. We had the Tasting Menu for two which was a 5 course meal with small portions of great dishes. Everything was served on either a salt or a cedar plank. The filet mignon was tender, lobster cooked perfectly, smoked salmon shaped into a rose, bacon wrapped scallops, and dessert sampler with 4 amazing treats. We had a wonderful Anniversary dinner at Plank.

Really nice place, relatively more upmarket (and therefore costs a little more) than others in Playa Del Carmen. But still, not expensive. Food was great, portions generous (sides dishes are the size of a decent main course), service excellent. A nice place if you're looking for a proper 'dinner' one or two nights during your stay in PDC.

Seafood stew is the dish to order. Not so much authentic Yucatán dishes though. The menu is full of American dishes; tomahawk steaks, pot pies, etc. The clientele is also super.white. It's clear what type of crowd they are catering to. Other than that, the ambience is nice, staff is welcoming and their food is great. Just don't expect to get your Yucatán experience fulfilled here.

Nice place. Food was good, especially the steaks were excellent. I little pricey. Over 3,300 peso for 4 of us.

The food was great, and it was a nice change of scenery from getting offered drugs and 10 minute massages on 10th street. The restaurant itself looked great, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

One warning though. If you are walking downtown and someone approaches you and says that they work at your hotel/resort and they were your waiter or whatever and look all clean cut. They are lying and trying to take advantage of you.

Simply one of the best, in a competitive restaurant town. It's expensive so is a special event restaurant but fun and delicious. Best known for the fish dishes, especially the fish tower at brunch but we had a wonderful turkey dinner for Christmas.

The food overall was great, the ambiance was cozy and the service was fantastic. If I was to complain, it would be about the lobster tail. I'm by no means an expert in seafood category, just comparing to other ones I had. This one felt like it was previously frozen. None the less, the rest of the food was delish!

Tip: take it easy on the bread and the dips - it's good - but the rest is even better.

Amazing restaurant, one of my favourite places in Playa. Together with their sister restaurant Imprevist, they have managed to raise the bar of what otherwise, in many other restaurants, is pretty bland touristy food. Fine dining at it's best! While not the best place if you are travelling on a budget, if you prefer quality, there is no better place!

    What not to miss:
Weekend brunch. It's to die for! Especially if you had a late night before (which mean it can literally feel like you are about to die, but don't worry this brunch will pick you right up!).

    Good for:
    Dates/Anniversaries
    Birthdays or other special occasions
When you need a break from tacos and need something more refined.
