  Desde hace un año bañan a mi gatito. Nunca he tenido problema con ellos. Aveces no hay cita porque están muy cargados pero en general es un buen sitio.

  Pésimo lugar. No aplican las vacunas a las máscotas, te entregan otro carnet, se roban la comida, y si se la roban, porque la desaparecen y te entregan otro tipo de comida, que a mi mascota le hace daño, todos se hechando la bolita de que ellos no fueron. Y no se hacen responsables. Un lugar que ha bajado su atención hacia tú mascota. Piénsalo bien y compara. Otras alternativas.

  Muy bonito lugar, buena atención, en el corazón de Polanco, la atención al cliente es excelente, el personal es sumamente atento, además tiene espacio para esperar mientras bañan a tu mascota, el precio si es elevado, pero se espera por el lugar donde está.

  Excelente lugar para dejar a tu mascota, precios algo elevados pero la mayoria de las veces hay lugar disponible para guarderia o hotel, jamas encuentras lugar para baño si no llamas con al menos 4 dias de anticipacion, los bañan muy bien.

  i tried nuugi because
  1. its closer to my apartment
  2. its easier to park(animalia newton doesnt have vet, animalia polanco/condesa are in the middle of restaurants and parking is ridiculously difficult and expensive thus making it a mission impossible for me to go there with two cats)
  
  i brought my two cats to the vets today, there were two male young vets obviously not very experienced (maybe nuggi doesnt have many cat clients) we had some hard time (my cats freaked out dunno why- they were ok at animalia with their vet) and the vets didnt even know how to give medicine eventually these male vets had to bring the receptionist to the rescue. she was actually wasaaay better then the vets. seriously i felt like i was looking at vet student in the lab. 😶
  pricewise animalia and nuggi are not very different.

  Ya es la segunda vez que llevo a mi gatita ahí y la atención es muy buena, me mandan foto casi a diario de mi pequeña, los precios son adecuados y el lugar también. No tiene estacionamiento pero uno siempre encuentra lugar en los lugares controlados por parkimetros a pocos metros, a veces hasta en la entrada misma.
