I was in Ciudad del Carmen for a two weeks business trip, so I booked a room in this hotel because it was the first time I came here, and I didn't do my hotel research. I stayed just one night due to the room size was very small and in general the quality of the hotel was medium. So I moved to the Fiesta Inn Hotel which had a higher general quality and was located in the very front of the One Hotel. When I was in the Fiesta Inn Hotel I realized I forgot some bermudas and sandals in the One Hotel so I called them and asked for them, but their answer was "sir, we just found your sandals, but there were not bermudas". Of course I replied saying "I just left the hotel, how could not my bermudas be there but my sandals?" So, long story short, I gave up cause didn't want to have problems with the maids since they know were I was staying while I was in Ciudad del Carmen.

I don't have much experience to compare to in Mexico but from other places in the world this hotel is just ok. The room is plain, but an ok size. The bathroom is very small. Breakfast is terrible, you should go somewhere else.
There is no gym, pool, or business center. The price is good and it is located in a central part of town, so it has that going for it.
