The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and spacious with comfortable pillows; the TVs in the rooms could be better though since cable TV is not HD. They have a pool that is kept at a warm temperature all day every day, so I swam there comfortably in the mornings and at nights. Breakfast is sufficient with all typical Mexican breakfast dishes included. Overall, a very good experience

Rooms are super noisy, one can hear everything from people talking in the other rooms.
Stuff not helpful. After i complained, they called the noisy people (it was 2AM) which did not care and kept being noisy.
Bring ear plugs with you if you care to sleep.

I think its the best Hotel in the city if your trip its for bussines or pleasure this is the option, you have a good food and close to the first square of the city.

I liked this hotel, I was just passing thru to get to Cancun but I wish I would had spend a day here they have a pretty pool and a nice gym. The rooms are quite spacey, but I have to say that the power outlets seemed to be very hidden.

One of the nicer hotels (in my experience) in Carmen. Clean and fun hotel bar. Lots of variety of people enjoying the evening here.

The breakfast before the event was sufficient, a little fruit and an omelette, but the orange juice wasn't natural and tasted pretty bad. The chairs weren't comfortable at all. The service was good and the rest of the installations were OK.
