It is clear that the guard does not know about customer service because showing off his little lack of courtesy he tells me at 5:50 pm: "for the other one you have to arrive earlier". I went to pick up an order that was already paid for and I didn't spend 10 minutes. This was even within business hours (6:00 pm they close).
I worked in a restaurant and it is well known that if a table arrives 10 minutes before closing, you have to attend because it is a sale and you must pay attention to the diner, even knowing that they can leave at 12 pm. and you can't tell them "you have to get there earlier".
Watch out!!! Do not fall into what most of those who provide a service or sell a product are falling into lately, which is to feel more than the customer and feel entitled to "put the customer in his place."
